I just got access to my email again. I have not been on here for over a month. I AM SO SORRY! I have over 143 messages in my inbox so I have no idea what has happened since my last visit!! Anyways, I would love to complete this with you and send you an invoice but ioffer has restricted me due to 'TOO MANY UNRATED TRANSACTIONS' (because i haven't been able to access this and people have been buying without me even knowing). No one has sent payment yet as I only accept mail in payments and I have not even sent out invoices. Anyways, I would like to still negotiate and sell my items however I am new to ioffer and I am not sure why it even let these items sell without me sending an invoice. Can we please negotiate a price and start over again? I am back now and hopefully we can actually finish this transaction if it's not too late and if you are still interested - but first I do need to be rated by you to let ioffer even let me access my transactions. How about we do this - lets just rate each other positive and say we never completed transation due to technical errors in the comments secion - then I can create a new listing just for you based on the price and item we both agree on and then can start out fresh. These old things have got to go because there is just too many backlogged in my ioffer message and yahoo mail to make any sense out of. Please contact me ASAP to let me know if this is acceptable. This is the only way I can start doing business again is if we start from scratch.

I tried just now to leave you positive feedback (see my prev message to you i just sent) but I cannot do ANYTHING on ioffer except "add to the whole story" like I am doing now. I can't even post a question on the help board!! crazy. Anyway, please please please leave me positive feedback (you can explain why you are doing it and say we didn't complete transation) so I can leave you positive feedback and get this going again. I wish Ioffer did not make things so utterly complicated and complex. Please leave positive feedback and explain why and that should allow me back into something besides this comment section and we can continue our sale. I am so sorry for this entire mess!
