Thanks for choosing iOffer. We’re confident you’ll find iOffer to be an easier way to buy and sell online. Please remember, iOffer is a trading community based on negotiation. No bids, reserve pricing, auction end times, and last minute sniping. Price negotiation allows the buyer to make an offer on one or more items. Sellers can accept, counter, or decline the offer. Buyers get a good price. Sellers get the price they want. iOffer is not an auction - it’s better!

Before learning more about how to buy and how to sell, please remember contact information is not allowed anywhere on the site. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, instant messaging ID’s, or other identifying information. When a sale occurs, iOffer will provide contact information to both buyer and seller.

- Site Map: learn to navigate iOffer through the site map.
- Personal Profile: describe your interests, hobbies, and buying/selling preferences for the iOffer community.
- iOffer Clubs: be part of the community. Where REAL people come to meet, chat and trade.
- Ratings: evaluate transactions by leaving a positive, neutral, or negative rating. Rating comments should be honest, professional, and direct.
- Report Site Misuse: item listings and personal profiles contain a “Report Misuse”
button. Help monitor the site to keep iOffer fun and safe. - Comments: all personal profiles contain a comments section. Say thanks or hello - make friends at iOffer!
- Refer Friends to iOffer: help build the iOffer community. Sellers benefit from buyer demand. Buyers benefit from more listings.
- Make Friends: personal Profiles contain buttons to “Add Friends”. If you get a friend, as appropriate, return the favor.
- Banners:use a banner on your personal web site to improve search engine ranking. The banner contains links to your profile, Want Ads and iOffer.
- Selling Tips: Find out how to sell more on iOffer by promoting your store and profile on the web.
- My iOffer: a command center for account information and buying/selling activity. Use My iOffer to manage all purchases and sales.
- Message Inbox: My iOffer includes a Message Inbox that provides status messages throughout all phases of an iOffer transaction. Many of these messages are also sent to your email address.
- Contact Me: this feature has four functions: Post a Want Ad (used by buyers), List an Item (used by sellers), and Ask a Question (question sent to seller) and contact another iOffer Member (for Member-to-Member communication).
