This is a classic WWII piece. This poster depicts a man in the military who is proclaiming: This poster was created for the Red Cross in 1943. This message was printed for the US Government Printing Office 1943-0-527284. OWI Poster No. 62. Additional copies may be obtained upon request from the Division of Public Inquiries, Office of War Information, Washington, DC. Printed across the top of the poster:

Posters of this circa were typically folded, and this is really in good shape. There is wear and yellowing otherwise it is in excellent condition. It is a wonderful poster and well worth having in your collection. The piece measures approximately a 22 X 28. All items represented are from a non-smoking environment.
