The 1982 DVD features a complete two part course: Beginner: 30 minutes and Advanced: 60 minutes. This is her original workout program from 1982. It's an exercise program based on her best-selling book.

There is No Cover Artwork but DVD does come in a protective sleeve.
This disc is Region Free and will play on all DVD players.

All titles listed are on DVDR disc.

All titles sold are either out of print, never released in the USA, or never released on DVD. All titles are believed to be in the public domain.

Due to the increasingly easy ability to copy these discs ALL SALES ARE FINAL , however any defective disc will be immediately replaced upon return.

I check all DVDs before I ship on TWO different DVD players to make sure they play correctly.
