PATTERN to make: Vintage Crocheted Motif: Block and Lace. The Block and Lace pattern motifs make a gorgeous heirloom Tablecloth, Bedspread or many other projects. Made with Crochet Cotton or similar, and Steel Crochet Hook Size depending on desired finished size. Gauge: Each motif measures 4 1/8 based on No. 18 thread. This notice is given with this pattern: "The thread you choose will determine the size of your crocheted motif. You may vary the size of your article by changing the size of your thread. All articles shown in this book wree made with a size 18 soft finish cotton crochet thread and the sizes given for each article are based on the size of this thread."
