All items are brand new. All orders are
shipped in plain packaging. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We use standard USPS services. (Heavier items may be shipped via
UPS or FedEx.) Contact us before you purchase to inquire about
expedited shipping. Please make sure your
address is up to date or contact us immediately if there is
an address conflict. We have the right to cancel any transaction we
feel does not meet legitimate standards. There may be delays due to
varying countries' customs, as well as import duties.

For your satisfaction and product guarantee,
we offer same item exchange on defective items. Exchanges or
merchandise credit may be issued on unopened items within 7 days of
item received. Buyers are responsible for all necessary shipping
and handling costs on non-defective returned items. Any opened
items/items with signs of usage cannot be returned due to health
concerns. No exceptions. Non-health items that may be qualified for
return will require a 25% restocking fee to cover sellers fees and
