We purchase patches all over South East Asia, we are collectors and we really enjoy meeting people online and try to help them search for a patch that is somewhat hard to find. This is not our full-time job, please allow for 5 days before we mail your item.

Avg. shipping times vary on items ranging from 10-14 work days based on flight schedules, delivery location, and postal workers in your area. We process all items immediately. Delivery Recommendations:
PLEASE leave an instructional delivery note on your door if you're not home, we will not be responsible for items left on your doorstep or return items if no one was at the address. If you review my feedback, you will notice numerous comments about "fast shipping". Please be patient and check the tracking number listed online.

Refund: None - Exchange: Only if the wrong item was sent or you received an unadvertised major defective item. If you have a problem, write to us! Please don't over react! We are very nice people and easy to work with! On rare occasions, if you need to file a loss or claim for damages, we will assist you with filing the claim with the postal carrier (not us, the seller) after 30 days following the shipping. We can also send you another if needed.

Approved returned items: S&H cost on approved returned items will be paid for by the buyer. We send items as if we were shipping to ourselves. Items that are returned as unclaimed will be resent following additional shipping charges paid by the buyer. If we make the address error, we pay for the return shipping costs.
You hereby agree as the buyer that you will not ask or process a refund after the item is sent. Buyers who do otherwise will be handled as fraudulent buyers and reported to their local police agencies for internet fraud. In case you notice an error in the description, always go by the item listed in the title! Always go by the estimated size listed in the title as applicable.
