We at Item strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in
all transactions. We do allow returns for purchases where the
customer is not completely satisfied. We will allow a credit for
the purchase price or a refund of the purchase price, when customer
satisfaction is not met.
A refund or credit will only be given if the merchandise is
returned to Item in the exact same condition as originally
shipped. We do ask customers to adhere to the following
Contact Item within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and
inform us that you would like to make a return.
Return the merchandise to us by way of an insured carrier. Make
sure the merchandise is packed securely and that the proper amount
of insurance is indicated.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, Item will verify the
condition, serial number, etc. and issue the credit or refund.
On completion of the final inspection by our Watches Quality
Tester, all packages are shipped using EMS within 3 workdays.And I
will tell you the trackingnumber at the same time.You could check
passage information online anytime.
