artwork on disc and case.

Please note items sold in this store are NOT (I repeat they are NOT) commercially released / retail dvds from a store. They are from my own personal collection. Quality varies depending on the rarity of the movie. Obviously, the rarer the movie, chances are the quality grade for that movie is diminished. No claim of digital quality is implied through this transaction. All sales final, with replacement of defective disc(s). No SAME DAY or NEXT DAY shipping. I sell another item on eBay also, so shipping depends on how backed-up I am. IF YOU CANNOT wait patiently for the item to arrive, please search for an alternate source. NO TRACKING NUMBER, unless requested [add extra $3.90 for U.S. and $15 for international] .

For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, item(s) come with artwork on disc and dvd case insert(s) for dvd cases only, but WITHOUT the black dvd cases [NO BLACK DVD CASES]. Reason is shipping with dvd cases too expensive.

"I'm really torn about my rating for this seller. On one hand he does produce quality dvds but his customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered five dvds (four on 7/5 and one on 7/7) and just received them today (3 1/2 weeks later). Perhaps that wouldn't have bothered me so much except for the fact that after two weeks I inquired about the status of the order and the seller stated that he doesn't do same day or next day (after two weeks????) and that this is just a side-line, he has a full-time job (how unique!!!). Maybe this is too long, but this was a questionable experience. Let me say again that his products are excellent."
