My copy is a PAL vhs, which I've converted to
an all-region PAL dvd-r.
The copy plays very well - no
rolling, no loss of sound or image.
Image and sound quality = 9
Buyers who would generally use the NTSC
system (notably the USA and Canada) should check that their system
is capable of playing dvd's recorded in PAL.
