RETURNS: Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We realize that sometimes you may want to return merchandise. Therefore, we accept returns (except on personalized items, items that are "cut-to-order" or items that are customized in any other way.).
The return must be authorized by emailing or calling us.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of the invoice, otherwise they will not be accepted. Items must be returned postage paid and insured. If an item is returned uninsured, and is damaged when we receive it, you will not be credited.
Please treat items and packaging carefully, keeping them free of odors, (such as smoke, candles, or fireplaces).
Returned merchandise must be in its' original packaging with labels and tags intact and attached as shipped. All merchandise returned must be unused, and in saleable condition. Your sales receipt (or copy) must accompany the returned merchandise.
Returned merchandise meeting the above requirements will be credited back to PayPal (less the restocking fee). The restocking fee is 20% of the original purchase price (or $5 per item, whichever is more) plus actual shipping costs. Any shipping charges paid by you are non-refundable.
Any shipment returned as refused or non-deliverable will have the amount of purchase (less the restocking fee as defined above) credited back to PayPal.
If your order is returned as non-deliverable for any reason (e.g.: No Mail Receptacle, No Address on Building, Unknown Addressee, Signature Required and no one available to sign for parcel, etc.) we will re-ship upon request instead of issuing a credit. However, you will be charged for the shipping charges incurred, (regardless if original shipping charges were free).
Any items returned because they did not arrive by the time you desired will be treated as any other return.
