We don't only make standard size wedding gowns, but also make wedding gowns based on customer's actual size. If you are interested in this gown, just give us your measurements. We will make it in about two weeks . We process your order after receiving payment and size.

Measuring Instructions:
I t is much more important for a wedding dress than for usual clothes. Remember, an appropriate measure is the crucial part for a satisfactory custom-made process.

  Pay attention : This is the most important part!  For custom-made customers, after you get the final bid, we will send you a standard form in order to supply us with your correct information, and please measuring yourself carefully following the measurement instruction as below:

dispatch & shipment

All the products are shipped from Asia. Please keep in mind that the regulations require that all auctions must be paid for within 5 days of an auction closing. So make sure you don't wait more than a few days after the close of your FIRST AUCTION to process your order.

Shipping and Handling Method:
This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a package. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

Payment:

Please pay us in 5 working days. If payment is not received and/or no response from bidder, item will be offered to next highest bidder or will be re-listed and appropriate feedback will be left.

A ll payments should be accompanied with your complete name, address, phone number,  and auction item number. If you want to pay by other method, please email me before you bid.

Return Policy (please read carefully)
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress on Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions.

We usually advice customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stock styles.
We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect,
brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

Dress(es) must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt.
For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .

Cancellation, feedback policy

Cancellation Policy: for any reason, you need to cancel this order, you can do so within 3 days. If cancellation notice is received within 3 days from the date of order, a $10.00 listing fee will be charged. If cancellation notice is received after the 3-day period, the 60% deposit is forfeited and remaining balance is no longer due. Please email us your cancellation so that we can both have a record of date and time.

Feedback policy: As a seller, we appreciate your positive feedback. We will gladly return the courtesy. Please contact us immediately if there is any reason you feel you can not leave positive feedback. We will always do our best to make the customer happy. Appropriate feedback will be left for non-responsive bidders.

ATTENTION :

B. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for the dress only!!! You need add corresponding expenses if you still want matched accessories.
