What is Quadriderm cream?

Quadriderm helps prevent and relieve the symptoms caused by allergic inflammations or pruritic dermatoses. It can also be used in cases where infections caused by bacteria or fungi are suspected. Quadriderm is a topical cream for relief of redness, itching, swelling and discomfort caused by severe affections of the skin.

Despatch: All orders are despatched within 24 hours of order except public holidays and Sundays.

Shipping time: Most shipments will reach their destination within 14 working days, but extreme cases could take up to 30 days. The Thai Post Office quotes a delivery period for international destinations of 7-30 working days. If you don't receive your order within 7 days, please be patient - sometimes it can take 4 or more weeks for delivery.

Registration: Registered airmail is handled differently in different countries, but is always dependable. For customers in the USA, the USPS handles Registered Air Mail as 'Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation'. Deliveries will need to be signed for on delivery and the Registered Number will be entered into the USPS Track and Confirm System showing delivery or attempted delivery.

Returns policy: We accept returns of new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery by registered airmail for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error made by us, such as wrong item, defective item or quantity error. If you return an item that is not the result of our error, then the original shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.

Refund policy: In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the post, we will issue a refund after investigation of the loss by the post-office.
