    Important Note :

    • Tracking # will automatically update to bidder via Email after we process your shipment, shipment usually send out within 1 to 2 business day after we received your payment under the normal circumstance.
    • There is no tracking # for international shipments unless it is shipped by EXPRESS. Please make sure your email setting will not filter our email in order to receive the update shipment status. International average delivery time is 2 weeks. However, additional delays may occur which are beyond our control by the postal service (such as customs inspection), so total arrival time can be up to 30 BUSINESS DAYS (6 weeks) or more.
    • Bidder is welcome to email us for the update status, tracking status update will be replied ASAP. Please include your Name, User ID, and Auction # , and your payment option when you require for the tracking #.

If the item you have ordered is defective please contact us within the 7 days of the delivered day for RMA#. After 7 days you will need to pay RMA Processing fees. (If received a wrong item please notify us within 7 days of the delivered day, after 7 days we will not process for exchange.)

    RMA: Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please contact us. All RMA numbers are valid for (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

    • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 10 days with a RMA # which we assigned.
    • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (e.g. USPS with Delivery Confirmation)
    • Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
    • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
    • Pick up service is not available for return merchandise.
    • All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
    • All return products will be tested by our technicians to verify the problem. If found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at his/her cost.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.

    Return procedures: Please contact us by email to obtain the RMA number (return merchandise authorization) before shipping the product back. We are not cover for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

    • We are not cover for any losses while returning returned merchandise.
    • Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
    • Any used item will be refused and returned.

If you do not satisfy with the product for any reason within 7-days (Start from delivery day) , simply just email us to obtain the RMA #, ship it back and we will issue refund back of the product and Less 25% restocking fee . Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. If the product is free shipping, you will entitle up to 50% of the total price. After 7 days (Start from delivery day) , all sales are final. If you want to return the item, buyer must pay for their own shipping for mailing back to us, and there are 25% restocking fee. If the product refuses, there would be 25% restocking fee as well.

    Important: Return product must be in original clean condition box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, registration card, UPC Code, Serial number & cable. Otherwise we will not be ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

    Important: Computer software, video games, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos are not refundable and no warranty. warranty must be obtain direct to the manufacture.
