This is a fan recorded DVD of Miley's concert in Santiago, Chile on May 4, 2011 and in Pasay, Philippines (Manila) on June 17, 2011 on the Gypsy Heart Tour. The quality is great especially for the Chile show. The camera can be shaky at times. Both shows are nearly complete and are on one disc.  Running time is 2 hrs.
