You may experience some redness after a treatment, however this is not likely to persist more than a few hours. The sensation of having a mild windburn or sunburn will also pass after a few hours. Applying a high quality moisturizer to re-hydrate the skin at this point will help.

Buyer responsible for all shipping, insurance and handling charges.
Items shipped out within 48-72 hours of payment being received, except on weekends and public holidays. I cannot provide tracking information to each buyer, however I personally DO pay for delivery confirmation to prove the date/time each order was shipped. In turn, I do get verification on the date/time that your order was delivered to the address given to me via paypal.  Each order is processed within 24 hours of payment. Please understand that every product is BOTTLED TO ORDER to maintain purity and quality control. Your order will be bottled on day TWO and shipped out the following morning.

I will combine as many purchases as you would like! If you WANT to combine, please RESERVE your payment until you are DONE shopping. If you send me a PAYMENT, your order WILL GO OUT. I am not able to read emails regarding combined shipped AFTER the order is paid for. You MUST inquire PRIOR to your payment, if you have any special instructions. Outside the USA, I am incapable of tracking or recovering any packages, however I DO keep the  original CUSTOMS IDENTIFICATION NUMBER that is contained on the package for FEES in association with duty for your particular country. I WILL provide that information to you IF you deem that your order may be under seizure. According to the USPS WORLDWIDE guidelines, they will not even allow a product to be searched for unless 60 days has passed. In 4 years shipping over 1,000 order overseas I have only known of 1 seizure and it was recovered on day 45. I WILL ship parcel post insured for any buyer who wants to pay for the cost of this method of shipping. PARCEL POST is the ONLY way allowed by usps to insure a worldwide delivery.

I WILL NOT pay for RESHIPMENT of products that are returned to sender. Many times, due to unsafe mailboxes, snow piled in front of the mail box or UNCLAIMED PACKAGES at your PO box, an order will be deemed NOT suitable to leave in the customers box. After 2 weeks, these packages are RETURNED TO SENDER (which would be me). You WILL have to resend shipping/handling charges in order for me to RESEND your package. I will not be responsible for orders that are BROKEN or crushed during shipment. Insurance is $2.00 and must be paid by the buyer.
I prefer Paypal, however, will accept  checks and/or money orders. Items will not shipped until money is received.

I offer alot of combo KITS in my auctions. I cannot make any substitutions of any items in these kits. I reserve the right to change the color and shape of my bottles, due to manufacturer suggestions or backorders or discontinuations. Items will arrive as described, not as pictured. Weights and contents will ALWAYS be 100% accurate. Bottles change due to climate and shipping distances. I do not consult with buyers on these bottle changes as they are changed for safer shipping (freezing temps cause plastic to crack, heat can cause some bottles to expand). I am very aware of my job as a formulator and bottler and I take EXTRA STEPS to insure a safe and pristine product.

All ingredients are posted on the BACK of the userguide. Following the guidelines setforth with the FDA and Cosmeceutical grade bottlers, CSME. Each bottle is safety sealed for your protection. I personally inspect and seal every bottle prior to placement in 4 gauge ziplock.

Samples are NOT part of the auction you are bidding on or buying. They are a bonus. I reserve the right to SUBSTITUTE any items that are not in stock or are unable to be shipped due to back orders of sample tubes etc. I will NOT consult with the buyer if these samples are changed.
