OUR RETURN POLICY: 

Our goal is to put forth the most professional level of customer service possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased merchandise, you may return it under the following conditions: 

Please note only the purchase price (minus 15% restocking fee) is refundable. Please note that return S & H costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  In order to be eligible for a refund, the buyer MUST notify us via an email within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise detailing the problems and the reason why the merchandise is being returned.   All returned merchandise must be in its original factory condition including packaging and all packaging materials.  We must receive the returned merchandise within 7-14 days of your e mail notification to be able to refund the purchase price (minus 15% restocking fee).
