The first Led Zeppelin album signed on the back cover by John
Bonham, Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones in blue
ballpoint or biro pen. Each member signed on his correspondng
picture, John Bonham and Jimmy Page both adding "best wishes", and
Robert Plant adding "good luck". The signatures were acquired at
the Plaza Hotel in New York by John Morgan, with the assistance of
Rex King. John has collected in-person signatures for more than
forty years. I acquired a large part of his collection. The
album cover shows much wear, the bottom seam is split through. The
vinyl has a number of visible scratches which may affect play. The
paper inner dust jacket is ripped on one side. An exceptional set
of signatures makes this an outstanding Led Zeppelin collectible.
The front cover has the Gold Record Award sticker on it.
I have obtained other Led Zeppelin signed items from the
same source. The last two photos show a couple of them for
further comparison and provenance. As a lifelong autograph
collector, I'm starting to sell off some of the prized
possessions I've acquired over the years. I will issue a
certificate of authenticity with a photo of the item, all known
signing details, and will have it notarized as I sign it. I had
sold signed rock memorabilia for years, first on Ebay, and now for
years on my own website. I am just now starting to sell here
