Hong Kong Post Office will not provide any tracking number for normal international airmail. It is highly recommended the buyer to pay insurance (sent by registered mail with tracking number provided) if the buyer wants the item being insured. We only ship the item(s) to the address according to eBay information. Buyer should make sure their shipping information (include door no and shipping address) in eBay platform is correct. We are not responsible for any loss of the mail if the shipping information is incorrect.
