How and where are the mirrors made?
All the mirrors are individually handmade in America, in the great state of Minnesota. The the frames are handmade by the Amish. Each mirror is individually laser etched here in the USA by American craftspeople. The beautiful designs are the work of talented American artists.

Will my mirror reflect like a normal mirror?
Your mirror will sparkle as bright as any mirror you've ever seen. Our pictures show them reflecting a plain blue background to give you the clearest possible view of the design. Whatever is lighter colored in the pictures is etched and does not reflect.

How long will my etching last?
Go ahead and polish your mirror as much as you want. Your etching will never fade or wear off. We will gladly replace any etching that fails to live up to this guarantee.

Do I need any special process or cleanser to clean my glass?
To clean the etchings, use any liquid glass cleaner. The images are a permanent part of the glass and will last as long as the glass itself.

Shipping Policy Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 weeks. Continental United States (lower 48 states) only. Shipping costs are for the Continental United States Only (Lower 48 states). If there is a delay we will contact you.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs include regular UPS shipping costs, insurance and a handling fee. These are costs I have no control over.

Can you ship outside the contintental United States?
No we do not ship outside the Continental United States. (Lower 48 states)

Etched Mirror & Glass Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order after it arrives, email us and tell us the problem. If your order arrives damaged contact me right away for replacement instructions. If you choose to return your order, we will refund you 100% of the price of the item. You pay only the cost for shipping to your home, but we will arrange for and will pay the cost of shipping back to us.
