This is a reproduction of a Judea Capta copper sestertius of Vespasian. The obverse shows the crowned head of Vespasian facing right. The reverse shows Vespasian holding spear and parazonum with left foot on helment; palm tree before him and mourning Judea on other side of tree. This coin was minted in Rome in 71 A.D. Sear 2327.
