This is a reproduction of a Roman sestertius of emperor Elagabalus who reigned from 218 to 222 CE. The obverse shows the emperor. The reverse shows Libertas standing left holding a pileus and rod, with star in right field. The coin was struck in 221 CE. (Sear 7567). You are in the REPRODUCTION section.
