This is a reproduction of a Roman sestertius of Diadumenian, son of emperor Macrinus. The obverse shows Diadumenian. The reverse shows Diadumenian in military attire standing facing with head right holding a standard and scepter whith two standards in ground. The coin was struck in 218 CE. (Sear 7456).
