This is a reproduction of a Roman sestertius of Lucilla, tthe second daughter of Marcus Aurelius whoi was emperor from 161 to 180 CE. The obverse shows Lucilla. The reverse shows Hilarius standing left holding a long palm and cornucopiae. The coin was struck in Rome in between 166 to 199 CE. (Sear 5500). You are in the REPRODUCTION section.
