This is a reproduction of a Roman sestertius of Aelius, adopted son of Hadrain and made Caesar between 136 to 138 CE. The obverse shows Aelius. The reverse shows Salvis enthroned left feeding snake arising from altar before her. The coin was struck in Rome in 137 CE. (Sear 3983). You are in the REPRODUCTION section.
