Cobalt and spatter art glass contemporary glass tumbler Wimberly Art Glass, Texas art Wimberly Glass Works tag on the bottom. It is from 1994, and is signed and dated on the bottom with WGW 1994 and TI.....that I cannot read. It is about 5 1/4" tall and 3" across the top.

It has no damage, and does not appear to have been used.
