INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ~ are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service via First Class International Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight. A Customs Declaration Number will be provided once the item has been shipped. This wil be added into the tracking information area on your PayPal account. PACKAGE TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SHIPMENTS, SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.

RETURN POLICY NEW ~ Panda Communications has a limited warrantee on everything we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to me (WITH IN 7 DAYS), less shipping and handling. If item is brand new, in a sealed package, and the package was opened, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Once again, shipping is non-refundable.

DEFECTS ~ If an item is defective it will be my choice to refund the full purchase price or replace the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact must be a made before any presumed defective item's are returned. Item's returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement or refund will be issued immediately. All refunds/credits will be issued the same way they were paid for. Item's returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. I have a very low defect rate on all items I sell.
