Images are transferred onto polyester fabric with the dye sublimation process, so they won't fade, crack or peel. It is then trimmed and made by our specialized staff.

1) 1st Class Regular Air-mail
2) Secured Air-mail with Postal Registration which is only additional $2 on top of regular service per shipment regardless of the number of items ordered. Remember to select "Other" Shipping Service if you wish to ship by this method.
Items will be sent within 1-2 business days after payment received (Some items may require longer time in production. Please refer to item description for more detail).
Shipment to US, Canada and UK normally takes 7-14 days by air mail from Hong Kong, varies by locations.

Items will be protected by bubble sheets in envelopes or cartons.
If postal lost found, please report to us within 7 days of the issues happened. Any notice after this period will not be accepted.

All sales are final. Return is accepted on a replacement basis only.
If goods are defective upon receipt, customer has up to 5 days from date of receipt for requesting an exchange.
Item must be returned in its original and unused condition. Goods must be in its original box (if applied) and packing. Otherwise, replacement will not be considered.
We will not be responsible for any damages due to misuse by buyer.
Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping to Hong Kong.
