Standard Items: Luare Collezioni will gladly accept returns and
exchanges with the original invoice and tags attached for up to 5
days for store credit only. After we receive the item, it will take
up to 30 days to process your return. Shipping charges are
NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns will be refunded in the method of original
payment or by Check.
All returns must be postmarked within (5) business days from
date item shows as being delivered.
All items must show no signs of wear. We will NOT accept returns if
the items are damaged, has stains or odors ( perfume, smoke,
Lingerie and Accessories: No returns or exchanges will be
accepted on Lingerie and Accessories.
Sale Merchandise: No returns will be accepted on sale items.
Exchanges will be accepted up to 5 business days. No cash refunds
will be given, only store credit (does not include shipping
Special Occasion Items: Items marked "Special Occasion" are
NON-REFUNDABLE. We will only accept exchanges for the same item in
a different size.
New Return Policy: All shipping fees are at buyers expense. All
returns must be issued a RMA # or they will not be accepted by
Luare Collezioni. RMA # must be clearly printed on the outside of
the box. Luare Collezioni is not responsible for any returns made
without a RMA #.
Shortage and damage claims: must be made within 3 working days
from the receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be
made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons
and all packaging materials for carrier inspection. Luare
Collezioni can not initiate any claims with the carrier. Please
contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Note: All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In
the rare case an item is mislisted, Luare Collezioni reserves the
right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. Original
shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Buyer has
responsible for reshipment fees for replacement item(s). All custom
entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be
charged to the customer.
