This is a reproduction of a Greek Syracuse dekadradrachm of Agrigentium dating from 413 to 406 B.C.E. This coin was issued probably for the victory of Exainetos of Akragas in the Olympic Games of 412 BCE. The reverse shows two eagles on a dead hare The obverse shows a show quadriga driven by Heilos crowned by Nike. (Sear 749) The rim marked BMC 58. This is a Becker 15.
