All Payment must be paid in FULL 7 days within the auction end date. For non-shipping items, full payment must be made prior or at pick up.

* The item(s) will be shipped as soon as the fund is cleared. Typically, the package will go out on the SAME DAY when money order, cashier's check, or paypal payment is received. Please allow 2 weeks for personal check to clear.
* A confirmation / tracking number will also be provided once the package is sent.
* If the insured package is damaged enroute to the customer. Please contact us ASAP and I will file a damage claim and handle all related issues. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for the claim check to be issued. However, we will refund the money (full bidding amount only) out of my own pocket once the claim has approved. This usually takes 2 weeks.
