"As for waiting 3 months for a photo to arrive, well that doesn't normally work that way. I haven't received the item. I requested that you send it EXPRESS so it would arrive quickly! I have sold this picture and I have had to refund because YOU didn't send it correctly. So therefore it is only right that you reimburse me the cost of the photo and provide it free since that is what I now have to do!"
