An adaptation of Truman Capote's semi-autobiographical novel, won a Peabody Award and Emmy Awards for Capote and Eleanor Perry's teleplay and Geraldine Page's leading performance. Narrated by the author himself, this heart-warming made-for-television ABC drama takes place in his childhood and recalls the time he helped bake a truckload of fruitcakes for friends and family with his ancient cousin.
Video and audio are good; includes chapter menu and comes in a case with artwork and annotation.
"Pros: Quality -- excellent. Communication -- very quick and responsive.
Cons: Delivery was promised in 6 days and it was later, but it was during the Xmas season. The problem is with no tracking number it leaves concern -- particularly when the idea is to get it before Xmas. The art work on the DVDs was wrong for the movie ordered. We had to make our own (for gift presentation) at the last minute.
That said, I would totally order from this vendor again. The quality is there and the shipping was out of his control. It's just not having a tracking number leaves a person hanging."
