There are 3 of these older issues of Workbasket magazine in this group, and they are about 5 x 7 inch size and about 50-60 pages of great knitting, crochet and sewing, quilting and crafts information and patterns. These booklets or magazines are from 1976, and include the following issues with patterns and instructions for crochet, sewing, tatting, and knitting:

September 1976 has a bow tie vest to crochet, a potholder, a sewing kit, rickrack afghan and a girls dress, all for crochet. It has a dolls and hearts vest, a stocking cap, a triangle shawl, a popcorn cardigan and a Christmas stocking to knit. There is also a doily to tat, and a needlepoint Santa ornament, along with a penguin felt toy.

November 1976 has a granny square long skirt to make, Treble bells, a belt and a shawl to crochet. Knitting includes a snowman, a Christmas tree potholder and a toddlers pullover in a snowflake design. There is a centerpiece in a flag theme to tat.

December 1976 has the cape, cap and pants set to knit shown on the front. There is also a long jacket, a girls jumper and a cardigan, scraf and cap set to knit. There is a potholder, a Christmas Wreath in Hairpin lace and mother daughter capes to crochet. There is a daisy doily and a necklace to tat.

None of these issues have the center transfer patterns.

These booklets or magazines do not smell of smoke or perfume. They have been used, and have some storage wear and yellowing of the pages and edge damage as well as tears on the front cover, but have no significant damage. All of the information is intact except the transfers--and there may never have been any. You get three of these at one price.
