  AUCTION TERMS: By placing a bid you confirm and agree to all terms.

  SHIPPING AND HANDLING * I ship FedEx several times a week. * No PO Boxes, fedex will not ship to them. * BUYERS PAY SHIPING * Shipping is never refundable for any and all reasons. * We are   not responsible for items delayed, lost, or damaged in shipping.   * I   combine items for shipping when possible. Buy more items and save! * Pickups within 10 days are always welcome. Storage fees apply past this time. * WE can load all items for you at no cost * FedEx is offered only to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, email for details.

  PAYMENT: *Credit cards to $5000 max including shipping costs. *Money Orders *Cashier Check * Wire tranfers * Business checks - 10 day hold. * All Payments Due in 7 days. This means received not just sent.

  Florida SALES TAX * Any items picked up here or shipped to FLORIDA are subject to 7%   sales tax * If you are exempt you will need to send me a properly filled out FL exemption form

  * Guarantee Used machinery is sold with a 30 day guarantee from purchase date that the item is in working order, unless otherwise indicated. The 30 day guarantee is as follows: “Fabmaster D Machinery will accept within 30 days from shipment any used machinery sold with a guarantee, freight prepaid, for a refund of the purchase price, if proven mechanically unsatisfactory,   provided it is in the same condition as when shipped from Fabmaster D Machinery. Any shipping damage, operator errors , alterations ,repairs or dismantling voids any and all guarantees. You have 7 days from receipt of your item to inform us of any problems as this is not a warranty. And we reserve the option to issue a refund for the repair   of the item where possible instead of returning it.†Items sold “as is “. Consignment items and items selling below asking price carry no guarantee. In addition, there are no warranty’s, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose made by Fabmaster D Machinery in connection with the sale of any item. It is the sole reasonability of the buyer to make sure the items are properly used and meet any osha requirements.
