This is a great find for both it's age and condition. "Wanted - Fight Dollars" is created by Wilkinson(s), and I say that because in the signature it looks like the emblem of two little men holding a paint brush. Perhaps two brothers or a husband-wife team? It states on the top:
WANTED - FIGHTING DOLLARS
Make Every Pay-Day
BOND-DAY
Below a picture of a man hoding a United States Bond and smiling :) is states:
UNITED STATES

It was printed by the U.S. Governemnt Printing Office. On the bottom of the left hand corner it reads: Form DSS 189BC. It looks like an old piece of tape too!
For the size and age of this piece this is in great condition. There are some small nips on some of the edges, as well as a few small (approximately) 1/4" tears along the edge.
This poster has been smoothed out quite well for the age of the piece. It is a huge piece and very hard to find. The piece measures approximately 42 inches wide x 54 inches tall.
All items represented are in good condition for their age, and from a non-smoking environment. This item has been cared for like the fine piece of art it is, and kept in a gallery like setting.
