BIDDING TERMS

* Please read through all auction terms before placing a bid. If you have any questions, please contact me     before bidding!

* If you have a legitimate reason to retract a bid per Ebay's guideline, please do so way before end of the auction. Once the auction is over, all bids are final.

* Serious bidder only! Your Bid at the end of the auction is a binding and legal contract, and you must do everything you could to fulfill it. Non-paying bidder will receive a negative feedback and reported to eBay.

* Winning bidder must pay within 7 days of ending of the auction.

* All warranties on new items are provided by manufacturer.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Paypal Payments: Please do not use Ebay's link for paypal payment as we have 2 paypal accounts, each one only takes specific payment only. Please logon to paypal and send:

Money Order / Cashier's Check: Good for all purchases.

Personal & Business Check: Only if you have more than 50 positive feedbacks. Takes 2 weeks to clear.

Cash: Good for all local Pick-up Items.

All Payment must be paid in FULL 7 days within the auction end date. For non-shipping items, full payment must be made prior or at pick up.

SHIPPING TERMS

* There will be a fixed charge of $4.50 for shipping in lower 48 states. Please email me for other states. Please add $1.30 for insurance.

* International Shipping Available. Please ask me for quotes.

* If you purchase multiple items from our auctions, combined shipping is available. Please tell me your item numbers so we can give you a quote.

* The item(s) will be shipped as soon as the fund is cleared. Typically, the package will go out on the SAME DAY when money order, cashier's check, or paypal payment is received. Please allow 2 weeks for personal check to clear.

* A confirmation / tracking number will also be provided once the package is sent.

* If the insured package is damaged enroute to the customer. Please contact us ASAP and I will file a damage claim and handle all related issues. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for the claim check to be issued. However, we will refund the money (full bidding amount only) out of my own pocket once the claim has approved. This usually takes 2 weeks.

FEEDBACKS

* We work very hard and sure deserve an accurate feedback to reflect your purchase experience.

* We encourage you to give us a feedback once the item is received and satisfied with.

* We will provide you with a feedback as soon we receive one from you.

* If you have any problems, please contact us before leaving a negative feedback, we will try our hardest to resolve any issues.

RETURN POLICY

* We value all my customers and want them to be happy with the purchase. If you are not satisfy with the item, simply return to me in the original PACKAGE & CONDITION. We will refund your winning bid amount minus 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee is used for us to recover ebay and other related expenses. You are responsible for the shipping charges on both ways.

* If we made a mistake on listing, whether was incorrect image or description on the item, simply return the item to me in the original PACKAGE & CONDITION. A full refund or the amount you paid will be issued (bidding amount plus shipping / handling / insurance). You are still responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back to me.

* You MUST send us an email stating the reason for return upon 24 hours of the package arrival. When you received the package will based on the tracking / confirmation number.

* Once we issue a return authorization, the package must be returned to us within 7 business days. We will try my best to work with buyer on returns.
