First off, I know nothing about Jim Beam bottles/decanters. The bottom of this bottle reads " LIQUOR KY DRB-230 BOTTLE 119 1 72". Some limited research suggests the KY DRB signifies the Kentucky Derby and the 72 indicates the year 1972. I would describe the decanter as milk glass, in variegated shades of blue. It stands 11.5" high, with the corked stopper. One of the close-up pictures shows some dark blue lines: there are several places on the bottle where these appear. It appears they are inherent to manufacturing rather than hairline fissures. The original paper label on the bottle neck is intact(4/5 QUART BONDED BEAM) and the cork stopper has a tight fit. It does look like the inside needs a proper cleaning. I did not find any noticeable flaws. Postage for 4#. Most of my items are either Estate Sale purchases or taken on consignment. I try to describe all items fully, but I'm not an expert. Vintage or retro means they are not necessarily perfect! Please ask any questions before bidding/buying. Clothing is either washed or freshened in the dryer but I cannot verify they came from a smoke/perfume/pet-free environment.
