It is not negotiable. The vast majority of items shipped arrive within a week or two. All items are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping takes time, please be patient. I make no claim to timelines of items shipped. Now and again, for reasons unknown to anyone, items do take longer to arrive. Normal mail order timelines are often 4 to 6 weeks. My items arrive much earlier than this as a rule, generally within 1 or 2 weeks. Late arrivals are *not* reason for refund requests.
