This DVD features 10 short cartoons from the classic "Tijuana Toads" and "The Ant and the Aardvark". Remember Toro & Poncho? These cartoons came out in the late sixties and early seventies and they are still hillarious. The Ant and the Aardvark cartoons were done by the same group and they feature a blue Aardvark whose voice was done by comedian John Byner! What's funny is Byner also does the voice for the ant too. All these awesome shorts used to be park of the Pink Panther Show back in the day. I remember it as a kid. Again, all the best ones are present, I'll list them below.
This is in color and runs a full hour. The DVD is excellent quality. I'd rate it a 9/10 for both picture and sound. It is a DVD from overseas and has a few Thai words written in the credits, but other than that, it is in 100% English. NO cheapo SUBTITLES like other versions of Tijuana Toads or Ant & The Aardvark are known to have. The best aspect about this DVD is there are chapter marks at the beginning of each cartoon so you can skip to your favorite episode in a flash. Very handy because you'll probably want to watch this one again and again. The chapters marks make this a real winner vs the VHS versions. This DVD is REGION-FREE! So you can play it in DVD players around the world.
