The Final Legal Mumbo Jumbo that we all have at the end of our Auctions.

1. Items Listed for Sale - All items are new. All items are in Mint condition and have not been opened. Unless otherwise stated, the items listed have come from a Manufactures case to us and then shipped to you. If we do show anything opened in our ads, these are items we use for advertising purposes only and are not the items we are listing and selling unless we specifically state that the item has been opened.
2. Methods of payment - We accept PayPal. You can use a credit or debit card through PayPal if you would like that is your choice, but we only accept PayPal.
3. Domestic Shipments - We ship via USPS Priority mail in most cases. And we get a Delivery Confirmation number. [Retail Delivery Confirmation™ service does not provide tracking or tracing of mail items. It provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time only. It will also include other delivery status (e.g., attempted, forwarded or returned to sender). Retail Rate Delivery Confirmation does require acceptance scans when brought into the Post Office. Electronic Rate Delivery Confirmation, which includes Click-N-Ship, does not require acceptance scans. (If an acceptance scan appears for several days it simply means the item is enroute and a delivery attempt has not yet been made). 4. International Shipments - We ship via USPS Global Priority for items under 4 pounds and not exceeding 36 inches in dimensions. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is a possibility, but not guaranteed to show any enroute information for 6 to 12 weeks, if not longer.  Packages over 4 pounds are shipped Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express. Global Express is the only trackable method of shipment, according to USPS.
5. USPS Information - Customer service agents are available at 1-800-222-1811 for questions or issues related to Domestic/International delivery services. FAQ.
6. Returns - Customer Satisfaction matters most, but with that said we deal with the real world where there has to be a balancing point between both sides.  Sometimes, this will be an exchange, sometimes this will be a modified order at no charge, and sometimes we'll have to refund the purchase to keep ya'll happy (which causes us severe heart palpitations, but we love ya'll, so it's worth it).  We do all this because we want happy customers, and happy customers usually come back. No matter what, ya'll come back now, ya' hear, please?
7. Payment time frames - We would like to be paid at the close of every auction. Please only bid if you have the funds available at the lose of auction. We currently are not using the option that forces payment to be made when auction ends.  In any event, you must contact us within a few days to let us know your intentions and address information. INTERNATIONAL NEED TO INCLUDE PHONE NUMBER.  All auctions must be paid for in 5 calendar days, or you leave us no option but to file a 'no pay' and/or relist the item.
8. Partial shipments -  There are rare occasions that life happens and for unseen circumstances, like our 3 year old thinking it's her birthday for the 10th time this year, we'll need to get you a replacement and there maybe a partial shipment with a temporary credit memo for items with explanation of delay and estimation of completion of order.  Partial shipments may be caused by factory delays where estimated dates of release have been changed. We will have to revise orders based on what we have available for completions of orders. (Ask for discount certificates when delays like this happen.)
