Long before LAUGH WHORE, SEX IN THE CITY or even MOUSE HUNT, the effervescent and irrepressible Mario Cantone was the host of a beloved, wildly innovative children’s TV show on New York City’s notorious Channel 9. From 1987 through 1992, Mario delighted his studio and television audience with his high-energy antics and wonderful (albeit expressionist) celebrity impersonations. Atlas Films has finally gathered enough material to offer this exclusive compilation DVD of some of the best sketches and segments from this beloved TV show, considered to be the last great hosted kiddie show.
