Why store your boat in a storage facility

I have a power boat / sail boat access dock located in Cape Coral Florida Near the Cape Coral FL. Yacht club
It can accomodate up to a 40 foot boat

A storage facility charges up to $15.00 per foot per month

I'll do it for less that I/3 of that.

One of my docks is five minutes from open water - and JUST 7 MILES FROM THE GULF of Mexico

There are just two turns to the river ( about 500 yards away )

Will accept any reasonable offer ( by the month )
