RETURN POLICY

You must contact MyFantastic4PowerSmartGames for the RMA (Return Authorization number) within 3 days of receipt of product. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges occurred to send the item to us to include insurance. MyFantastic4 will not held responsible for returns that are not insured when sent back to us, even if they are deemed "DOA". MyFantastic4 does not cover the cost of sending customer a replacement item. ALL shipping and processing fees are not refundable under any circumstances. RMA number must be assigned to All returned merchandise. All items returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to get an RMA number.
