Refund Policy: All request for refunds and returns must be within 7 days of product receipt. Damaged items due to shipping must be taken up with the carrier. It’s best to purchase additional shipping insurance at $1.30 per $100.00 spent. Please check the condition of the box upon the carrier delivering the package.

Refunds for items that you are unsatisfied with must be requested by email at . Please reference the auction item number, name, address and email address. Please allow 24 hours for response and return authorization number. Once you receive your return authorization number, package item and ship back to the address received with return authorization number email received. Please make note of all tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items during shipping. You will receive confirmation when we receive your return and your payment less shipping and a 20% stocking fee will be refunded within 15 days.
