It is for an asymmetrical blouse in long sleeve and short sleeve. It is a size 16 or 38 bust. This blouse has an asymmetrical front button closure and set-in sleeves. One has a beateau neckline, self ruffle and above elbow sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. View 2 has a button band collar, front tucks and long sleeves with buttoned tuck detail. View 3 is gathered to a yoke and has a tie collar and long sleeves. This is a vintage pattern, but it has not been used. The envelope has storage wear with a snag at the top right edge.
