• Orders will be shipped with USPS, UPS/DHL Innovation Mail or UPS Service
• If shipped via UPS, you will receive tracking # automatically upon shipment (please wait 1-2 business days to track online)

  - We will take highest shipping first, then take 25% off shipping for each additional purchase

  You have an option to purchase shipping insurance at the time of checkout. Please be sure to take care of insurance at that time because we will not and cannot add insurance once package is in route.  Customer is responsible with lost/damage shipment if no insurance purchase.

  Please note that USPS mail, except Express mail, do not provide any tracking number. All they have is a delivery confirmatin number.

 We Don't Take Direct Wire Transfers

1. We ship to Confirmed/Billing addresses only! No Exceptions!
-Confirmed means that Paypal has verified your billing address

2. Sales Tax: California residents please add 8.250% Sales Tax.

3. Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction closed. If payment is not receive within 10 days, we will regard the transaction as void and dispute will file through eBay.

If Paying by Money Order/Cashier's Check/Personal Check:

Please make your money order / cashier's / personal checks payable to: David Lin and mail your money order and/or cashiers' checks payments to:

• Please be sure to include the "Ship To" address somewhere in the envelope or we will go by the address listed in eBay
• Please make sure that all payments sent is in USD (United States Dollar) Currency.

Return Policy

• We only accept return item if the product receive as manfacture defective. If order return is tested as working condition and return not as describe, restocking fee will charged.
  
• Restocking Fee
  - A 20% restocking fee of the item price will be applied to all returns issued for a refund. No exceptions. Those exchanging products due to defective items or miships will not be subject to the restocking fee.
• Shipping and Handling Charges
  Shipping and Handling charges are Non-refundable under any circumstance .
  The ONLY time that shipping and handling charges will be refunded is if you are accidentally shipped an incorrect product and no longer want the product you ordered due to time constraints. Otherwise, there are no exceptions as the shipping and handling charges will have been applied. Please keep in mind that you are agreeing to this by bidding on this auction.
• If you receive your package and find that it is defective, we will gladly replace the product for you, even if the auction states, "Sales are Final". Please keep in mind this is ONLY if the unit received is defective DOA . We'll be happy to facilitate a replacement for you once we receive the product back in our warehouse. The time frame for which to report the defective item is 14 days, after which we will no longer accept the return.
