** ABOUT THE RESORT **

Silverleaf's Villages is situated among the sparkling shores of Lake Palestine, one of the largest and most beautiful water-sports playgrounds in the Southwest. The lake's 100 miles of shoreline and miles of waterways offer an unending selection of water-oriented activities. Watercraft rentals, boat slips, and launch ramps are available at the marina. For those who prefer land activities, miniature golf, horesback riding, tennis, basketball, archery, volleyball and much more are available.

** WHAT WE ARE OFFERING **

The unit that is being offered is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that will sleep up to 6 people. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a jacuzzi in the master bathroom. The week that is being offered is biennial week #29, which falls around the middle of July, in the even years only. This is rated as a Red Week by RCI, which makes this a valuable trader. You have the option of taking an inhouse exchange, you have the use of Bonus Time stays, and day use of the resorts. All of this adds up to an immeasurable value for your vacation dollar. INHOUSE EXCHANGE

Silverleaf Vacation Resorts offers an In House Exchange Program for those owners who are unable to take their week at their scheduled time or who wish to experience their vacation week at any one of the other participating Silverleaf Resorts. You can book your exchange up to one year in advance, during your color time, based on availability. Since this is a Red Week with Even Year Usage, exchanges can be done year round, in Even Years at any of the resorts. There is a slight applicable exchange fee.

BONUS TIME

This is a unique program that allows you an unlimited number of stays at any of the participating Silverleaf Resorts, during your color time. You may stay up to 3 consecutive nights. Stays Sunday through Thursday are free. Stays on Friday and Saturday nights are charged a fee of $39.95 plus tax per night. There must be a 7-day period between any types of stays. Bonus Time stays are only available to the owners listed on the deed and someone on the deed must be physically present to check in for any Bonus Time stays. Silverleaf has resorts in Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Georgia and Massachusetts, all of which can be visited on Bonus Time. Bonus Time stays can only be requested 14 days or less in advance of the anticipated check in date. Since the week that you are buying is a Red Week with Even Year Usage you are allowed to request Bonus Time stays year round, during the even years at any of the resorts. If you are able to travel without too much planning, this program adds an immeasurable amount of value to owning this unit.

COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Silverleaf Owners have day use privileges at all Silverleaf resorts. Day use allows owners to use the amenities even though they do not have overnight reservations. You can bring a total of 10 people per day, per unit-week owned. Some of the amenities such as golf, boating, horseback riding, require reservations and may require fees or deposits. Should you live close to one of the many resorts you will find much enjoyment in using the resort for the day. Day use is available year round for Silverleaf Owners. As you can see, not only is this RED WEEK with Even Year Usage unit a good trader with RCI, but also there are many advantages to owning this unit. This is an offer that you will not want to pass you by.

YOUR DEED
This is a deeded unit with biennial use, in the even years only.
If Deeded, a General Warranty Deed will be prepared, signatures gathered and will be sent to the County where the Resort is located to be recorded. If this is a Membership and no deed is required, WTS will Prepare the Necessary Documents, send the Transfer Packet along with any monies to the Resort / Management Company for transfer, they will then follow-up to confirm that the transfer is complete.
