POLICIES & PROCEDURES

• PAYMENT METHOD: I accept payments by PayPal, StormPay, Money Orders and Certified Cashier Checks. Personal checks are ONLY accepted through Paypal. Payment arrangements should be made within 3 days of close of auction and payment made within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made.

• SHIPPING: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Each item is professionally packaged, insured and shipped via the UPS Ground from my California warehouse, therefore, California residents must pay 8.25% sales tax. ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Normal delivery time is 7-10 days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

• RUSH DELIVERY: Contact me if you want a RUSH DELIVERY (3-6 days) - via DHL (Starts at $20.00). WILL NOT SHIP TO: FPO, APO and/or PO Box addresses.

• COMBINED SHIPPING: Discount shipping fees apply to CA Warehouse orders only shipped at the same time to same address. NOTE: The highest S&H will be the base starting point, the 2nd and 3rd item will be $2.00 extra and the 4th item and up  is free.

• RETURN POLICY: Defective  items may be returned, less shipping and handling, for a refund, credit, or exchange within 5 days after receipt. Product that does not meet personal preferences for color, size, feel, etc. cannot be considered defective. You will not be issued credits for unauthorized returns!

• SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! Upon receiving your item and you are not completely satisfied please contact me via email. All non-defective must be returned within 5 days for a refund of item, less 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees.

• WARRANTEES: All items are brand new in their original box and may come with a manufactures warranty. Any defect that occurs after the product has been in use is not returnable. You will need to refer to the original manufacturer's warrantee for return instructions, if applicable.

• GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: I give feedback and love feedback in return because I know it reflects how happy my customers are. This item was in stock at he time of listing; however, on the rare occasion that an item becomes out of stock, I would give you three options to choose from: You may have your money refunded, choose an item of equal value, or wait for the item to restock. All items are restocked on a regular basis, and will ship immediately upon restock. Note: I have been dealing with this company for a couple of years and this situation has never happened.
