We ship with Canada Post , Fed Ex and UPS. The package is fully insured and you will get a tracking number. if you have a P.O. Box address, we will ship with the postal service and there will be no tracking.

We typically ship the next day of payment but reserve the right to ship 2-5 days after payment. If there is a problem with filling your order we will contact you within 24 hours and let you know.

It takes 2-14 business days - we do not Ship on weekends

The shipping listed is for ground service within Canada and the continental US. Buyers from Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else in the world please contact us for shipping rates before you bid so there is no surprises.

Payments:

We accept Paypal & Money orders only. For the US money order , please make sure it is "international" so it can be cashed here in Canada. Your eBay user ID and the item number MUST be included with your money order.

 Any order not received, lost in shipment, if insured will be replaced by MotoRRuN in full. Any item not insured buyer must make a claim with shipper. Any damage or missing parts must be reported to MotoRRuN within 24 hours of receiving parts

RETURNS

 We DO NOT accept returns, all sales are final! NO CASH REFUNDS!! We will exchange a part if found to be defective, for an EXACT replacement part, no exceptions. The expense to return possible defective part is buyers. If part is found to be defective MotoRRuN will reimburse buyer ground UPS charges. MotoRRuN does not reimburse ANY incidental expenses ( including cost of installation ) for any return item!
